Construction Technology of LVT Floor part 1 and 2

(1) Grass-roots treatment           

1. After the installation of walls, roofs, doors and windows, clean up the ground debris.           

2. Clean up sand, oil and residues on the surface of the grass-roots.           

3. Clean up the dust and sand on the ground.           

4. After the floor is thoroughly cleaned, the interface agent should be rolled and coated uniformly.

(2) Self-leveling Construction           

1. Check whether the cement self-leveling meets the relevant technical standards, such as expired self-leveling shall not be used.           

2. Pour proper amount of self-leveling into the dissolver and dilute it with clean water according to the product description.           

3. Stir well until the cement is self-leveling into a fluid.           

4. Sequentially, self-leveling is inverted on the construction ground, scraped flat with rake-tooth scraper, and the thickness is about 2-3 mm.           

5. Pedestrians and articles shall not be piled up within 4 hours after the completion of self-leveling construction.

(3)Relevant tools           

1. Floor treatment: surface humidity tester, surface hardness tester, floor grinder, high-power industrial vacuum cleaner, wool drum, self-leveling mixer, 30-liter self-leveling mixing barrel, self-leveling tooth scraper, nail shoes, self-leveling exhaust cylinder.           

2. Floor laying: floor trimmer, cutter, two-meter steel ruler, glue wiper, steel press roll, slotting machine, welding gun, month-shaped cutter, welding rod trimmer, combined marker.
