(3)Release           

1. According to the design pattern, glue floor specifications, room size, grid, bullet line positioning.           

2. Pop out the central cross line or diagonal line on the basic level, and pop up the patchwork partition line.           

3. The edge lines and lines that pop up on the wall must be clear and accurate.           

4. Before the floor is laid up, the boards are arranged and pre-assembled according to the line and numbered.

(4) Floor Installation           

1. First, wipe the grass-roots floor with a wool sweep or dry towel to remove dust.           

2. Horizonize the ground to meet the laying requirements, then apply the adhesive evenly on the basic level with tooth-shaped scrapers, lay the sheets sequentially from inside to inside, and press and compact with drums or push-boards after laying one or one construction surface.           

3. After the plate is laid down, the dry condition of the adhesive is judged according to the temperature, and then the plate seam is welded.           

4. Cut the adjacent edges into V-grooves before welding, use the same electrode as the welded plate, and adjust the temperature of the hot air torch to 180 degrees; - 250 degrees; weld.           

5. After the electrode is cooled, the welding rod which is higher than the surface of the plate will be shoveled flat with a shovel cutter. When operating, attention should be paid not to shovel the floor surface.
