1. Requirements for the base layer

1) The moisture content of the base layer should be less than 8%, while waterproof treatment should be down on the basement and humidsurface.

2) The hardness of the base layer should be larger than 1.2 Mpa, the error for the basement flatness (2m stright scale) shouldn't be more than 2mm.

2. Installation Instruction

1) Auto-flowing mortar should be polished within 12 hours after the completion of the construction.

2) Before the installation, the PVC Flooring Roll should be kept unfolded for 2-3 hours so that the PVC Coil Flooring can be stable.

3) After sticking, the surface PVC Vinyl Floor should be treated by using rounded board without surface bubbles.

4) No one should be allowed to enter onto the construction site within 24 hours after the construction.
