There are three main reasons for the blistering and curling of PVC vinyl floor:
1. It is the problem of the material of the floor itself;
2. It is caused by improper construction process;
3. It may be that the adhesive is wrongly selected;
Some PVC vinyl floors may be produced with less strict control and the floor size change rate is too large. Subject to thermal expansion and contraction. There is also the fact that when the construction is not rolled, the glue misses the best opening time and loses the adhesion. The main problem after the sheet is finished is the warping. Of course, it has a certain relationship with the objective factors. In such a situation, the owner chose a sheet of 457mm*457mm*2mm at the time. After the laying, a large number of curled edges appeared in a few days. It was very ugly and difficult to repair. After understanding the local temperature, it had reached zero. 20 degrees, and the windows and doors are not installed. When I saw this bad weather, I was speechless, so I must let the indoor temperature reach 15 degrees Celsius - 20 degrees Celsius during construction.
The main problem of PVC sheet flooring is the blistering. When the whole floor is covered on the ground, the air is generated inside the paving. If it is not removed in time, it is difficult to repair. Adhesives are also on the one hand. The auxiliary glues are generally divided into two types, one is filler glue, the second is non-filling glue, the technical term is pressure sensitive adhesive, the former has less scratching area, but the viscosity is excellent. The latter has almost the same area as the former, which is suitable for sticking 2mm quartz floor or homogeneous sheet floor in summer. In order to save the cost of accessories, some merchants use pressure-sensitive adhesive to directly stick to the coiled floor. The consequences can be imagined. The foaming and curling is also common, so a good product and a reliable installation team with construction technology. The supporting construction materials can reduce the quality problems to a certain extent.
