SPC flooring (Stone Plastic Composite) is a new generation of rigid core vinyl flooring that offers excellent dimensional stability, waterproof performance, and high impact resistance. It is ideal for both residential and commercial applications where moisture and temperature variations occur.

Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, flat, and smooth. Level deviations should not exceed 3mm over 2 meters. Concrete subfloors must be cured and moisture-free.
Allow SPC planks to acclimate in the installation area for 48 hours before installation to adjust to room temperature and humidity.
If the product does not have a pre-attached underlay, lay down a 1-2mm IXPE or EVA acoustic underlayment for sound absorption and comfort.
Measure the room carefully and plan your layout to avoid narrow planks at the walls. Stagger end joints at least 30cm apart for a natural look.
Begin at one corner of the room. Align the click edges and gently lock planks together using a rubber mallet. Maintain an expansion gap of 5–8mm around walls and fixed objects.
Use spacers and a pull bar to tighten joints. After installation, install skirting boards or moldings to cover expansion gaps.
After installation, clean the floor with a damp mop. Avoid dragging heavy furniture. Use protective felt pads under furniture legs.
