You see a lot of hospitals, airports, shopping malls, offices and other places, and even some high-speed rail, those on the floor is a Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring.
What is "Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring"?
Vinyl floors are very popular because of their durability, low maintenance and versatility. Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring is made of 1 single layer that offers vibrancy and depth of colour. It is incredibly durable and stain resistant which makes it a great flooring choice for heavy traffic areas. Homogeneous Vinyl Flooring is divided into the direction and non-directional homogeneous vinyl sheet, then what is the difference between them?
1. The Pattern difference:
The directional pattern is vertical stripes distribution, that is, it has a clear direction, the pavement is only one direction pavement.
The non-directional pattern is distributed different colorful flowers, there is no obvious sense of direction, pavement in different directions there will be no significant difference, try to use the same direction pavement.
2. The Process difference:
The directional homogeneous vinyl flooring is a one-time molding process, and non-directional homogeneous vinyl flooring is the use of multiple molding process. One-time molding process is simple and fast, but the density is very small; while the multiple molding process is complicate but greatly increased density, greatly improved wear resistance and prolong service life.
3. PVC content difference:
We know that they are the same type of floor: PVC flooring, its main ingredient is pvc and calcium powder and additional ingredients. The PVC content of directional pattern is much less than the non-directional pattern.
4. The price difference:
The price of directional homogeneous flooring, whether domestic or imported products, should be lower than the non-directional homogeneous flooring.
