Flooring importers
Coordinate customs-ready documentation, pallet counts, carton specifications and market requirements.
LVT flooring wholesale is the bulk sourcing of luxury vinyl tile and plank for distributors, importers, private-label brands and construction projects. 3C-Floor supports China factory-direct supply of dry back, click and loose lay LVT programs built around the installation method, overall thickness, wear layer, décor, packaging and order plan. Compare like-for-like specifications, approve physical samples and define quantities by design before buying. This page explains how to prepare a commercially useful wholesale inquiry, control replenishment consistency and plan export packaging rather than choosing flooring solely by an advertised unit price.
For flooring importers, distributors, retailers, project contractors and OEM brand teams. Specifications and supply terms are finalized by written quotation.

Wholesale LVT procurement means ordering an agreed vinyl flooring specification in volume. A useful supplier quote identifies the product system, wear layer, dimensions, color codes, minimum quantity per SKU, packaging, delivery basis and required documentation—not just a price per square meter.
Two planks may look identical in a catalog yet have different constructions, installation requirements and project costs. A distributor also needs reorder continuity, barcode and carton accuracy, stock planning and an agreed response when a batch differs from the approved sample.
For a broader product overview, see the 3C-Floor LVT flooring product range. This wholesale page focuses instead on how to build and purchase a sellable assortment.
Coordinate customs-ready documentation, pallet counts, carton specifications and market requirements.
Build a focused range of installation formats, colors and reorderable stock-keeping units.
Match a product build with branded cartons, labels, photography references and sample boards.
Lock performance requirements, delivery lots and replacement stock to the project schedule.
Installation method drives different buyer needs. Use the published 3C-Floor product-family data below as an initial shortlist; do not assume every thickness, wear layer, décor and dimension can be combined within one SKU.
| Wholesale format | Published overall thickness | Published wear layer | Available reference dimensions | Buying / installation consideration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dry back (glue down) LVT | 2.0 / 3.0 mm | 0.2 mm | 152 × 914 mm; 600 × 600 mm | Bonded low-profile installation; plan leveling, moisture testing and approved adhesive. |
| Click LVT | 3.5–7.5 mm | 0.3–0.7 mm | Confirm dimensions for selected model | Floating-floor collection; verify the actual click profile, subfloor tolerances and underlay system. |
| Loose lay LVT | 2.0 / 3.0 mm | 0.2 mm | 152 × 914 mm; 600 × 600 mm | Verify the backing, restraint method, rolling loads and replacement plan. |

Evaluate glue-down LVT for bonded projects, the separate click LVT product specification, and loose lay LVT for replacement-oriented programs before approving the final buying list.
A thicker plank does not automatically have a thicker wear layer. A 0.2 mm wear layer should not be represented as heavy-commercial suitability without product-specific performance evidence. Use traffic, use classification, rolling loads, service conditions and test documentation to approve each application.
Buyers should approve color, gloss, texture, size and construction using physical samples, not image appearance alone.

A supplier price is useful only when buyers compare the same construction and trade basis. Define the four cost layers before evaluating a “factory price” or a lower quote from another supplier.
Dry back, click or loose lay system; overall thickness; wear layer; surface treatment; décor; dimensions; edge details and any custom construction.
Area per color and SKU; sample or tooling work; standard versus branded cartons; labels; pallet configuration; repeat-order forecast and inspection scope.
Incoterm, origin and destination, packed gross weight, pallet plan, freight, cargo handling, customs and destination-market duties or taxes.
Subfloor preparation, approved adhesive or accessories, labor, cutting waste, spares, cleaning and possible replacement downtime.
For importers, retailers and regional distributors, a good launch range is one that can be replenished without redesigning its specifications on every shipment.
Group the assortment by installation channel before selecting colors. Use one approved specification per group and record décor codes individually.
For every SKU, request confirmed carton coverage and cartons per pallet. Then build an allocation that accounts for site waste, spare stock and packed shipping limitations.
3C-Floor supports LVT OEM and private label discussions for distributors, brands and project buyers. Packaging is only one part of the specification: the color standard, product geometry and shipping identity also need an approval trail.
Installation channel, target segment, room types, required technical documents and price position.
Format, overall gauge, wear layer, plank or tile dimension, edge profile and surface.
Retain signed color, gloss, embossing, construction and sample identification records.
Carton artwork, language, barcode, packing quantity and pallet marks.
Confirm QC checks, delivery terms, packing plan, shipment lot details and reorder reference.
If brand ownership and artwork are your main priorities, explore the dedicated OEM LVT flooring and private label program.
Product names alone do not establish performance. Use the installation requirements and target market to decide which reports, dimensions and quality checkpoints should be written into the purchase specification.
Sign off the physical reference sample, a revision-controlled technical sheet, packaging artwork and inspection acceptance criteria before releasing volume production. Keep the same references for repeat orders.
When the project is exposed to active substrate moisture, continual wet conditions, unusual heat, heavy rolling equipment or special electrical requirements, standard LVT may not be the appropriate system without additional technical review.
Wholesale quotes should identify exactly which product, market and supply terms are being discussed. The more complete the initial inquiry, the easier it is to compare samples and line-item offers.

Send your LVT purchase briefDirect answers to the decisions that affect assortment planning, specification, pricing and large orders.
LVT flooring wholesale is the bulk purchase of luxury vinyl tiles or planks for resale, private-label collections or building projects. Buyers agree the installation format, thickness, wear layer, appearance, order quantities, packing and delivery terms before confirming a supply order.
Wholesale LVT flooring pricing depends on installation type, thickness, wear layer, size, design, surface finish, packing, volume per design and delivery terms. Obtain comparable written quotations for the same approved specification; add preparation, installation and freight when estimating total project cost.
The minimum order quantity must be confirmed for the specific LVT construction, décor, customization and packaging program. Ask for the minimum per design or SKU, not just the total container quantity, and confirm whether mixed designs are possible.
The right LVT format depends on the distributor's installation channel: dry back for bonded installations, click LVT for approved floating-floor projects and loose lay where its restraint system and replacement strategy suit the site. Confirm technical performance and the target market before setting the range.
Commercial LVT should be specified using the actual traffic, rolling loads and documented performance requirements, not wear-layer thickness alone. 3C-Floor publishes different wear layers for different LVT families, and 0.3–0.7 mm options are listed for its click LVT family. Confirm the chosen SKU and supporting test reports.
Mixed-design wholesale orders may be discussed, but feasibility depends on the minimum per décor, carton configuration, production schedule and shipment plan. Supply a quantity by SKU and request written confirmation before relying on mixed loading.
3C-Floor offers OEM and private label LVT supply discussions covering décor, surface, product specification, cartons, labels and export packing. Customized construction, order quantity, artwork approval and production timing must be confirmed in the agreed quotation and approved samples.
Send the LVT installation system, total thickness, wear layer, plank or tile dimensions, color and finish, quantity per décor, application, target country, packaging preference, required documents, destination port and proposed shipping terms. A reference sample and anticipated reorder schedule help make the quote more accurate.
