Retail & dealer brands
Build a consistent good–better–best product ladder with coordinated color names, sample displays, barcodes, carton coverage and replacement matching.
A repeatable flooring brand starts with a controlled product
Private label SPC flooring is rigid core vinyl plank supplied to an importer, distributor or flooring brand under its own product identity. A successful program connects the approved plank, wear layer, backing and click profile to branded cartons, batch inspection and future reorders—not only a logo on packaging.
3C-Floor supports SPC product specification, OEM/ODM selection, décor and texture options, samples, private label cartons and export-oriented supply. This page sets out the approval checkpoints buyers can use from their first sample pack to the next container. Every final configuration, MOQ and production schedule is confirmed in the quotation.

Branded SPC flooring is a product-system and supply agreement. The buyer owns the market presentation; the supplier and buyer agree which construction, visual, packaging and inspection records must remain traceable.
In practical terms: select a suitable SPC rigid-core plank, approve a physical sample and written technical specification, sign off all brand files, release the bulk order against those references, then use the same controlled SKU and acceptance rules for replenishment. For general category information, explore the existing 3C-Floor SPC flooring range.
Build a consistent good–better–best product ladder with coordinated color names, sample displays, barcodes, carton coverage and replacement matching.
Control the details that warehouse teams need: décor IDs, batch marks, pallet layouts, master data and available reorder quantities by SKU.
Keep product samples, installation requirements, agreed evidence and shipment identifiers aligned across multi-phase apartment, hospitality or commercial programs.
02 / Release gates
Each stage has a concrete output. Buyers can use the same framework whether launching a few core colors or expanding an established branded range.
Set country, customer channel, planned application, price position and expected assortment. Decide which changes justify a new product code.

Deliverable: reorder confirmation + change log03 / Physical proof
A décor chip is useful for initial selection; a full plank is needed to evaluate installation and construction. Treat a retained golden sample as a reference, but define tolerances separately.
Filter color families and wood/stone directions; compare in the destination market’s light.
Review edge profile, wear surface, core, plank and pad thickness definitions.
Check click engagement, pattern variation, visible seams and installation handling.
Record the final finish, matching backing, target label and version-controlled approval.
A specification can begin with 3C-Floor’s OEM SPC customization program; final physical samples and order-specific tolerances must still be approved separately.

04 / Product definition
Custom and private-label flooring quotations should separate physically measurable construction from creative branding files. Use a model-specific document rather than copying values from another color or range.
| Control point | What can be selected or documented | What must be approved for production / reorder |
|---|---|---|
| Product family & ID | SPC click rigid core vinyl; buyer's collection, color code and internal SKU. | Factory product reference and buyer code with revision date. |
| Overall construction | Core, transparent wear layer, décor film, UV finish and optional pad. | Nominal thickness, whether pad is included, permitted variation and layer basis. |
| Wear layer | 3C-Floor offers multiple wear-layer directions, including 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.7 mm in its published SPC information. | Exact selected wear layer, test evidence as required and positioning for the intended use. |
| Plank format | Length × width; wood-look, stone-look or project-specific format. | Final dimensions, edge detail and boxes per pallet. |
| Surface & design | Oak, neutral wood, stone; embossed, EIR or matte options subject to availability. | Décor-film ID, gloss, texture, bevel color and accepted color variation. |
| Locking profile | Click system and edge machining selected for installation route. | Joint geometry, fit standard, licensed-system details if applicable. |
| Attached backing | IXPE, EVA, cork or without pad subject to product configuration. | Material, thickness basis, relevant acoustic assembly and packing impact. |
| Packaging | Private-label cartons, barcode, installation sheet, SKU label and pallet marks. | Artwork revision, language, quantity, product identification and proof print. |
| Documents & QC | Technical sheet, agreed inspection record and requested market evidence. | Exact product coverage and the acceptance criteria applicable to the order. |
Published example only: the 3C-Floor SPC Vinyl Click catalog includes a 5.0 mm overall-thickness, 0.3 mm wear-layer, 7 in × 48 in product. That does not define every private-label construction. Refer to the existing SPC product data sheet guide for model-level technical records.
05 / Channel & design choices
Private label does not always mean bespoke tooling. The best route depends on assortment validation, target market, budget and the level of exclusivity needed.
Choose from available décor and plank directions, confirm performance and fit, then add branded packaging. This route can reduce unnecessary sampling changes when testing a new distributor market.
For this supply route, view the ODM SPC flooring options.
Explore a buyer-specific décor, surface, plank dimension, click or backing combination. New files and technical changes may require separate qualification, price and availability review.
Exclusivity, tooling rights, artwork ownership and substitution rules should be agreed commercially—not assumed from the word “custom.”
If a project needs only a one-time purchase, has uncertain traffic or substrate conditions, or cannot specify destination-market documentation, select and verify a suitable standard product first. The broader SPC buying guide helps compare construction, installation and purchasing requirements before committing to brand artwork.
06 / Brand execution
Carton design, SKU identifiers and packing marks often live in different teams. Join them with one sign-off matrix: purchasing approves the product, brand management approves print files, and logistics confirms quantities and labels.
Before print approval, make sure a customer-facing label can be reconciled with the factory’s material reference and the supplier's quoted configuration.
Packing dimensions, carton counts and required label content are approved for the selected order. This is a checklist, not an assertion that every option is offered by default.
07 / Supply continuity
A first shipment creates the reference. Repeat supply is successful only when changes affecting installation, appearance, documentation or buyer-facing packaging are visible before the purchase order is accepted.
A proposed pad substitution can affect total thickness, acoustic claims, weight and carton text. Even when the plank décor is unchanged, the product sheet, sample, packaging and supporting evidence may all need revision. Record the decision before shipment—not after the container arrives.
A useful buyer-controlled record is concise enough for sales, warehouse and procurement to use.
Discuss terminology such as SKU, golden sample, MOQ and revision control using 3C-Floor's SPC flooring terminology reference.
08 / Avoidable sourcing risks
Consider these checkpoints during a sample review and again before every reorder.
Sample several boards and assess color movement, grain repeat, emboss and gloss in realistic light. Keep written approval ranges as well as a retained sample.
Clarify whether a quoted thickness includes attached pad; record wear-layer measurement separately. Otherwise prices and installed floor heights may be misleading.
Profile and pad changes may affect installation compatibility and project evidence. Ask for notification and technical reapproval before substitution.
A mismatched barcode or coverage quantity can disrupt distribution even when the flooring is correct. Check proof files against each purchase order.
Verify the report's product scope, date, construction and test method. Do not assume market compliance from a category-level marketing statement.
Confirm material availability, color-mix minimums and reorder feasibility. Keep realistic spare stock for phased projects when exact visual matching matters.
09 / Start with a structured inquiry
Send enough detail for 3C-Floor to recommend a practical sample plan, quote comparable configurations and identify what requires further approval.
3C-Floor’s relevant support includes SPC flooring manufacturing and supply, OEM/ODM discussions, surface and décor selection, wear-layer and backing options, branded packaging and export-oriented procurement coordination. Sampling, technical documentation and order terms are confirmed against the final program rather than assumed at category level.
New buyers can propose a small assortment of coordinating designs first, then expand after sell-through is understood. Established brands should share the previous SKU sheet and cartons to help protect continuity.
For reorders, attach the last PO, product revision, carton proof and approved sample reference. Request written confirmation of MOQ, mixed-SKU loading and timing.
10 / Buyer questions
Clear answers to recurring questions from flooring brand managers, importers, sourcing teams and repeat-order planners.
Private label SPC flooring is stone plastic composite rigid core vinyl flooring sold under a buyer’s own brand. An agreed program may combine selected décor, plank dimensions, wear layer, surface, click joint, backing, carton design and SKU identifiers. The final combination must be approved for each order.
Approve a complete, coded reference rather than only a color swatch. Check multiple planks for appearance, bevel, surface, joint engagement, thickness basis and backing. Attach the signed specification, acceptance criteria, sample identification and revision to the production order.
3C-Floor supports private label carton and label options. Confirm artwork files, carton size, mandatory market text, product name, barcode, country-of-origin details, packing quantity and proof-approval responsibility before the production release.
The minimum order quantity depends on décor, construction, available materials, packaging and production schedule. Request a current quotation stating MOQ per SKU, color-mix conditions and any separate packaging minimum; do not assume one MOQ applies to every option.
Keep a controlled product identity record containing the approved reference sample, décor and emboss codes, construction, click profile, backing, carton artwork and quality criteria. Ask the supplier to flag any proposed material or tooling changes before the next production release.
Slight appearance differences can occur because of décor-film lots, finish and viewing conditions. Define acceptable variation using multiple retained boards, agreed lighting and a documented approval range; do not promise that every plank will look identical.
Agree the applicable documents in advance. Buyers commonly request a model-specific technical sheet, approved packing specification, carton label proof, commercial invoice, packing list and any current test or market-compliance evidence required for the exact supplied product.
Send the destination market, customer channel, intended application, décor direction, plank size, thickness and wear-layer targets, surface, click and backing preferences, projected quantity by SKU, branding files or references, compliance needs and delivery port. Ask for sample, MOQ and lead-time confirmation.
